Return items within 14 days of receipt for a full refund with a free return label. Original shipping charges will be deducted from the refund unless an error was made by Keeks.
All Keeks tags must remain attached and all included accessories (i.e. dust bag, box, authenticity card) that were shipped with the item must be returned to receive a full refund.
Returns that do not meet the above criteria will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
This bag does have some glazing issues.. As seen in photos. Brown monogram coated canvas Louis Vuitton Métis bag with brass hardware, tan vachetta leather trim, detachable top handle, detachable flat shoulder strap, single pocket with S-lock closure at front flap, chocolate Alcantara lining, three pockets; one with zip closure and an open top. This bag does inlude two straps. One for the arm and one for the shoulder.
