Are these items authentic?

Yes! All items at Keeks are guaranteed 100% authentic. We utilize our 13+ years of expertise to review every piece that comes into the store. Once it passes our in house review, we use a series of third party authenticators such as Entrupy to authenticate each piece before it is purchased.

What is your return policy?

Customers have 14 days to return their item(s) with tags attached for a full refund, less the cost of original shipping. A free return label will be provided for the return shipping. The customer will receive the refund in the same method used to originally pay for the item(s) or they can opt for store credit. If the tags have been removed, there will be up to a 15% restocking fee.

What is your buying process?

When a customer brings an item in to sell, the first step is evaluation. Buyers will look over the condition of the item and identify the style name. Next, an offer is made. If a customer chooses to accept the offer, the item goes through authentication. This typically takes around 30 minutes. Once proven authentic, the customer is then written a check!

Do you offer a warranty on your items?

Because our items are pre-loved, we do not offer a warranty. We evaluate the condition of an item before it is purchased into the store and priced accordingly. We cannot guarantee the longevity of a pre-loved item.

Does my item come with a dust bag or box?

Select items do come with the original dust bag and/or box. This depends on how the previous owner sold the item to us. If it does not include it’s original dust bag, we include our Keeks dust bag with every luxury purchase.

What are your hours?

We are open 11am – 7pm Monday through Saturday, and 12pm - 6pm Sunday.

Are the prices negotiable?

Prices are not negotiable. We price the items based on the current resale value of the item in the market.

Why is this item priced higher than the original retail value?

If an item is no longer available or out of stock from the designer, that can often effect the resale market’s retail value of the item causing it to be higher.

Which store is the item located in?

You can find this information in the description and/or tags on each listing.

Are the pictures on the online listing of the exact bag I am going buy?

Yes! What you see is what you are getting. If you have any further question about an item you see online or would like additional photos, feel free to email support@keekshandbags.com.
