14 Day Free Returns

Return items within 14 days of receipt for a full refund with a free return label. Original shipping charges will be deducted from the refund unless an error was made by Keeks.

All Keeks tags must remain attached and all included accessories (i.e. dust bag, box, authenticity card) that were shipped with the item must be returned to receive a full refund.

Returns that do not meet the above criteria will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. 

At Keeks we strive to provide as accurate and thorough descriptions as possible. When possible we will call out and photograph signs of wear. If you have specific questions do not hesitate to ask!

Excellent: Item is free of any signs of wear. This item appears to be in new condition. 

Very Good: Item has minimal signs of wear. The corners are free of any major signs of wear. Any leather on the piece has minimal to no signs of darkening. 

Good: Item has signs of wear throughout. The corners may have minor signs of wear. The handles may have darkened from use.

Fair: Item has noticeable heavy wear throughout. The corners show signs of wear. The handles may have heavy discoloration. Any additional major flaws will be addressed in the description.
