Return items within 14 days of receipt for a full refund with a free return label. Original shipping charges will be deducted from the refund unless an error was made by Keeks.

Exterior: The exterior canvas is free of any cracking. A small nip is missing from the front trim along the slip pocket.
Strap/Handle: The strap/handle has slight signs of wear and cracks to the leather.
Hardware: The zippers operate properly and run smoothly.
Interior: The interior is clean and free of rips, tears, or stains. The interior includes three pockets; one zip pocket, and two open pockets.
