Return items within 14 days of receipt for a full refund with a free return label. Original shipping charges will be deducted from the refund unless an error was made by Keeks.
All Keeks tags must remain attached and all included accessories (i.e. dust bag, box, authenticity card) that were shipped with the item must be returned to receive a full refund.
Returns that do not meet the above criteria will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
This authentic Neverfull is in good pre-owned condition. There are minimal signs of wear throughout the bag. The exterior canvas does have a few scuff marks, including the very bottom corners, and a small scuff on the right front handle. There is a little bit of scuffing on the corners of the trim at the top of the bag as well. The interior lining is in great condition, with only one small mark on the very bottom of the bag. On the right side of the front handle there is a Japanese character personalized in gold. Please see photos for more details.
