Return items within 14 days of receipt for a full refund with a free return label. Original shipping charges will be deducted from the refund unless an error was made by Keeks.

All Keeks tags must remain attached and all included accessories (i.e. dust bag, box, authenticity card) that were shipped with the item must be returned to receive a full refund.

Returns that do not meet the above criteria will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Items marked as 'Final Sale' in the description are not eligible for returns.

Exterior: The exterior coated canvas is free of any rips or cracks. There is discoloration under the silver hardware. The suede has minor signs of wear. 

Handle: The chain handle shows no signs of wear. 

Hardware: The clasp closure operates properly. 

Interior: The interior is clean and free of rips or tears. The interior features one open pocket and one zip closure pocket. The suede under the flap shows signs of wear as pictured.
