Celine, Chloe, Fendi Sale!!

Surprise! This weekend only take 10% off all Celine, Chloe and Fendi items! Let’s share a little history and some fan-favorites from each of these 3 iconic brands.

Believe it or not, Celine was founded in 1945 as a made-to-order children’s shoe shop! Celine Vipiana and her husband, Richard, expanded to women’s footwear and accessories in the late 1950s/early 1960s. In 1987 the CEO of LVMH invested in the brand but didn’t purchase it until 10 years later. Celine bags are known for their high-quality leather and “quiet luxury” aesthetic. The most iconic Celine bags are:

The Luggage tote – a highly structured leather bag with a “robot” face dreamed up by creative director Pheobe Philo in 2011

The Triomphe bag – features the signature triomphe clasp

The Ava bag – a cute, half-moon shoulder bag

Chloe was founded in 1952 by Gaby Aghion and has always been known for its bohemian free spirit! The brands’ longest standing creative director was none other than Karl Lagerfeld who was at the helm for a cumulative 24 years! In 1997, Stella McCartney took over with a brief sassier, rock-n-roll ethos. The most iconic Chloe bags are:

The Marcie – a hobo bag with an equestrian twist that debuted in 2010; features a signature rolled handle and saddle-like front flap

The Faye – showcases a chic trapezoid shape with a chain and large ring. The Faye, the Nile and the Drew all blur the line between bag and jewelry!

Woody Tote – a practical, comfortable tote with a playful Chloe ribbon detailing; such a cute, casual, purposeful tote!

And last, but certainly not least, Fendi was founded in 1925 in Rome, Italy by Adele and Edoardo Fendi (another powerhouse couple!) Adele opened a fur and leather shop in 1918, but renamed it to Fendi when she married Edoardo Fendi in 1925. You know we love a family business around here, and that’s exactly how Fendi grew- the Fendis’ FIVE daughters joined the business in the 1950s. In 1965, the family invited Karl Lagerfeld to be the creative director, which he remained for 54 years! Karl created the famous “FF” logo (fun fur!) and revolutionized the way that fur was worn. The most iconic Fendi bags are:

The Baguette – renowned for its compact, underarm design and FF clasp – an instant classic since its debut in 1997. If you’re a Sex and the City fan – you know this bag!!

The Peekaboo – launched in 2009, it is famous for its trapezoidal, structured look and “hidden” compartment that “peeks” open.

Mon Tresor – this petite bucket bag is precious!

Take advantage of this sale and snag your dream Celine, Chloe or Fendi…. Or better yet one of each!!

Carry on,
